Wickes Building Supplies is a specialist DIY retailer operating from approximately 200 stores throughout the UK.

Wickes Building Supplies is part of the Travis Perkins Group plc, which has a branch network of over 1,000 outlets and a market capitalisation in 2010 of £1.6 billion. Wickes Building Supplies reported figures for the year ending 2 January 2010 of a £960 million turnover and pre-tax profits of £47 million.

Wickes are actively seeking new units with 20,000-30,000 sq ft of ground floor retail, plus up to 10,000 sq ft for an external compound and project centre.

Wilkinson Williams are retained by Wickes for new stores acquisitions for approximately two-thirds of England and Wales.
