Wickes Building Supplies is a specialist DIY retailer operating from 200 stores throughout the UK.

Wickes Building Supplies is part of the Travis Perkins Group plc, which has a branch network of over 1,000 outlets with a turnover (year end 30 June 2007) of £1.5 billion, a pre-tax profit of £128.6 million and a market capitalisation of £1.8 billion.

Wickes are actively seeking new units with 20,000-30,000 sq ft of ground floor retail, plus up to 11,000 sq ft for an external compound and project centre.

Wilkinson Williams are retained by Wickes for the new store acquisitions for approximately two-thirds of England and Wales.
