Wilkinson Williams

Following the sale of several retail warehouses to Powerhouse, Wilkinson Williams advised Scottish Power on the successful phase one disposal of 23 properties.

The second phase of disposals were properties previously occupied by Powerhouse (now in liquidation), where the original leases were held by Scottish Power. These properties were vacant and disposed of by a combination of surrendering to landlords and assignments to occupiers.
