Pizza Hut (UK) Limited is wholly owned by Yum! Restaurants International, which operates 12,000 Pizza Hut outlets across the world, and as part of YUM! forms the largest restaurant company in the world with a total of over 35,000 outlets.

Pizza Hut currently trade from 700 outlets throughout the United Kingdom and plan to open a further 25 units during 2008 and grow this number to 30 acquisitions per year in 2009
and beyond.

Wilkinson Williams are retained to advise Pizza Hut on acquisitions in England and Wales.
