JD are the UK's leading sports fashion retailer.

In addition to its 260 high street stores, JD now operate from 49 retail park stores.

In 2011, retail park stores have been acquired in Chelmsford, Llandudno, Birmingham, Inverness, Bracknell, Coatbridge and Oxford.

In tandem with their continued expansion on the high street, JD are seeking 5-10 retail park stores each year. The criteria are:-

• 5,000-7,500 sq ft units, with 2,000 sq ft mezzanines
• The larger retail parks with other fashion retailers adjacent

Wilkinson Williams are retained on JD's out of town acquisition and disposal work.
