JD are the UK’s leading sports fashion retailer, and in addition to its high street units, it now operates from 39 retail park stores. 6 further retail park openings are scheduled for 2009.

In tandem with their continued expansion planned on the high street, JD are seeking 5-10 edge/out of town stores each year. The new criteria are:-

• 5,000 - 7,000 sq ft units on major retail parks
• All major UK towns and cities considered
• High quality shop fit

Wilkinson Williams are retained on JD's out of town acquisition and disposal work.
