Dixons Retail plc are the largest electrical retailer in the UK, operating from approximately 560 stores on the high street and on retail parks.

Currys and PC World trade from approximately 440 out of town stores on retail parks. By the end of 2011, approximately 200 of these stores will have been refitted, with many now trading as combined Currys PC World stores, or the larger Currys PC World Megastores.

The existing portfolio is being actively asset managed to create further combined stores.

Wilkinson Williams are retained to acquire new stores, asset manage the existing portfolio and dispose of surplus properties in all areas to the south of Birmingham, as well as in Northern Ireland.
