Bank are part of the JD Sports Fashion plc group, sitting alongside sister companies, JD, Scotts and Size, and trade from around 60 stores in the UK, including 10 retail park stores. Recent acquisitions include Birmingham Fort and Edinburgh Fort.

In tandem with their continued expansion planned on the high street, Bank are seeking circa 5 retail park stores each year. The criteria are:-

• 4,000 - 6,000 sq ft units on major retail parks
• All major UK towns and cities considered
• High quality shop fit

Wilkinson Williams are retained on Bank's out of town acquisition and disposal work.
