Wilkinson Williams

Wilkinson Williams are retained by the AA to provide disposal advice, following the sale of their car servicing business to Nationwide Service Centres.

The AA were left with 75 vacant properties, held by way of a sublease from Halfords. The sizes of the remaining properties range from approximately 3,000-5,000 sq ft, most on retail parks.
