In 2009 alone, the team advised on the sale and purchase of approximately £770 million retail investment properties in the out of town sector; this representing a market share of over 35%.

• exposure to a wide range of lot sizes ranging from the sale of a Dunelm unit in Birmingham for £3.35 million for Aviva Investors to the purchase of Silverlink Shopping Park in North Shields for HSBC Pension Fund c/o LaSalle Investment Management for £91.9 million;
• detailed investment analysis using bespoke Excel models tailor made to our clients return requirements; and
• experience in advising, negotiating and structuring complex and large transactions.
