Wilkinson Williams’ four strong investment team is one of the most active and effective in the out of town investment market. In 2009 alone, the team advised on the sale and purchase of approximately £770 million retail investment properties in the out of town sector; this representing a market share of over 35%.

  • exposure to a wide range of lot sizes ranging from the sale of a Dunelm unit in Birmingham for £3.35 million for Aviva Investors to the purchase of Silverlink Shopping Park in North Shields for HSBC Pension Fund c/o LaSalle Investment Management for £91.9 million;
  • detailed investment analysis using bespoke Excel models tailor made to our clients return requirements; and
  • experience in advising, negotiating and structuring complex and large transactions.
