Investment sale of Focus DIY unit at Brixham Road, Paignton

Wilkinson Williams acted for Helical Bar in arranging the sale of this Focus DIY unit to Threadneedle Property Funds for a price of £5.84 million. The unit benefits from a fully open planning consent comprising some 24,000 sq ft and was let to Focus on a long lease. The price reflected a net initial yield of 6.8%.
