Investment sale of Focus DIY, Winnersh, Reading for £8 million

Wilkinson Williams acted for the private property company vendors on the sale of the Focus DIY investment in Winnersh, Reading. The store is of some 31,000 sq ft and is let to Focus at a rent of £19.25 per sq ft with 8 years unexpired. The price paid at around £8 million reflected a net initial yield of 7%. Strutt & Parker acted for the purchasers, Aviva Property Investors.
