Threadneedle buy PC World and Currys in Carmarthen

The Currys and PC World have been acquired by Threadneedle, represented by Wilkinson Williams for £5.65 million reflecting a net initial yield of just below 8%. The bulky goods scheme totals 35,000 sq ft and is occupied by Currys and PC World paying rents of £13.26 per sq ft and £13.13 per sq ft respectively. Wyndham Investments was the vendor.
