Clients of LaSalle Investment Management have sold the freehold interest in Houndstone Retail Park, Yeovil for £27.3 million reflecting a net initial yield of 6.60%. Cadena on behalf of Pradera purchased the 114,139 sq ft park which benefits from a combination of bulky goods and food planning consent. Tenants on the park include Homebase, Mothercare, Halfords, Homebase, Maplin, Carpetright, Currys, Harveys and Comet, paying rents between £14.50 and £22 per sq ft.
