Aviva sell The Range unit in Southampton

On behalf of Aviva Investors, Wilkinson Williams has sold a standalone retail warehouse unit let to The Range on the Winchester Road in Southampton to clients of CCLA Investment Management Ltd for a price of £5.62 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 7.25%. This unit extends to approximately 44,290 sq ft and has 212 car parking spaces. The property is let on a lease expiring in November 2023 and the tenant is currently paying a rent equating to £9.80 per sq ft.
