Rom Valley Retail Park bought by LaSalle

Rom Valley Retail Park in Romford has been sold by Legal and General to La Salle for £10.9 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 10.40%. The purpose built bulky goods scheme extends to 68,000 sq ft and is let to Empire Direct, Pets At Home, Carpetright, Mothercare and Pizza Hut. Rents range from £19.50 per sq ft to £23.77 per sq ft. Wilkinson Williams represented the vendor.
