Aviva sells Rydon Lane, Exeter

Rydon Lane Retail Park has been purchased by Threadneedle Property Investors. Aviva Property Investors sold the scheme for £29.5 million reflecting a net initial yield of 8.10%. The park is well let with occupiers including Currys, Pets At Home, PC World, Halfords, Carpetright, DFS, KFC, Pizza Hut and Easy Living. The park was developed in 2003 and comprises 106,193 sq ft of modern accommodation arranged in two terraces. Rents are between £24 per sq ft and £32 per sq ft, although there are several outstanding rent reviews. Wilkinson Williams represented the purchaser.
