Aviva Property Investors, represented by Wilkinson Williams, have sold Stanley Green Retail Park in an ‘off-market’ transaction to Henderson Herald German Fund for a purchase price of £35.6 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 7%. The property is a well let scheme occupied by B&Q, TK Maxx, Comet, Halfords and Next at rents of £23 per sq ft to £35.37 per sq ft, and benefits from open A1 non food consent.
