Town Centre Securities sell retail warehouse park In King's Lynn

Town Centre Securities, represented by Wilkinson Williams, have sold the freehold interest in Pierpoint Retail Park, King’s Lynn, to the Kirkham Family Trust for £10 million reflecting a net initial yield of 9.5%. This prime retail park benefits from open A1 non food planning consent and is occupied by Next, Comet, Homebase, DFS and Barclays. Rents range from £13.65 per sq ft and £22.50 per sq ft, with a number of rent reviews outstanding.
