Land Securities sell prime retail warehouse park

A private investor has acquired the freehold interest in Pontardulais Road Retail Park in Swansea for a 9% net initial yield from Land Securities who were represented by Wilkinson Williams. The scheme is well let to occupiers including M&S, Dreams, Carpetright, Laura Ashley, Argos and Currys. Rents are around £17.33 per sq ft to £25 per sq ft. The scheme benefits from wide restricted consent allowing for sale of food & drink up to 35,000 sq ft.
