Aviva Investors have sold the freehold interest in the Dunelm, New Bond Street, Birmingham to clients of Mayfair Capital Partners for a price of £3.35 million. The retail warehouse unit extends to approximately 25,000 sq ft and is let to Dunelm on a lease expiring on 24 March 2019. The purchase price reflects a net initial yield of 8.88%.
