The Junction Retail Warehouse Fund have sold the freehold interest of the Templars Retail Park in Oxford for a price of £56.6 million. The retail park is occupied by B&Q, Halfords, Brantano, Comet, JJB Sports, Matalan and TK Maxx and benefits from an open non-food consent. Rents range between £16.25 per sq ft to £32.00 per sq ft. The purchase price reflected a net initial yield of approximately 5.6%.
