Morley Sell MFI in Grimsby

Morley Fund Management have sold the freehold interest in the unit occupied by MFI on Victoria Road in Grimsby to private property company Eltham Properties for a price of £4.45 million. The property is let to MFI on lease expiring in 2014 at a current rent of £8.97 per sq ft. MFI have sublet Floors to Go and Factory Shack. Wilkinson Williams acted for Morley.
