Rockspring into Walthamstow

A fund managed by Rockspring Property Investment Managers has acquired the freehold interest of the Homebase unit at Fulbourne Road, Walthamstow for a price of £16.6m reflecting a net initial yield of 6.15% and an equivalent yield of 6.42%. The property is let to Homebase Limited for a term of 25 years from April 2006 at a current rent equating to £19.00 per sq ft. Wilkinson Williams acted on behalf of Rockspring.
