Threadneedle Property Investments have purchased a Homebase DIY investment at Parkinson Way, Blackpool, FY4 2AZ from Invista Real Estate Investment Management for £4.4 million. The unit of 35,822 sq ft, is let to Homebase for a further 16 years at a rent equating to £8.08 per sq ft. The price reflected a net initial yield of 6.18% and there is a reversion due in August of next year. Colliers CRE acted on behalf of Threadneedle and the vendors were advised by Wilkinson Williams.
