£6 million sale in Sunderland

Wilkinson Williams have acted for the vendors of the Carpetright and HSS investment at Dene Road, Sunderland, which was sold to Starion Ltd for £6 million. This reflected a net initial yield of 6.5%, with fixed rental uplifts.
