Tesco buy potential foodstore site in Epsom for £9 million

Wilkinson Williams have advised Tesco on the acquisition of a site in Upper High Street, Epsom for a price of £9 million. The site has been previously the subject of a planning application for a foodstore development of some 75,000 sq ft.
