Springvale Retail Park, Orpington sold to Morley Fund Management £82.375m

LaSalle Investment Management and the Hercules Unit Trust have sold the Springvale Retail Park in Orpington to Morley Fund Management for a price of £82.375m, reflecting a net initial yield of 4.23%. The scheme is let to MFI, Harveys, Land of Leather, PC World, Halfords, Currys and Furniture Village and currently has one vacant unit. The park benefits from an Open A1 non food planning. Wilkinson Williams acted on behalf of the vendors and Savills acted for the purchaser.
