Legal & General Investment Management have sold the Brooklands Retail Park, Cardiff to PropInvest Holdings Ltd for a price of £26.7 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 4.71%, with one vacant unit. The park is occupied by Currys, PC World, Allied Carpets, Burger King and Pizza Hut. The scheme has a bulky goods planning consent with both Currys and PC World tenancies subject to compounded fixed uplifts of 3% per annum at the remaining rent reviews.
