Land Securities dispose of White City Retail Park

Acting on behalf of Land Securities, Wilkinson Williams have sold the White City Retail Park in Old Trafford, Manchester to a private investor for a price in excess of the quoting terms of £84.7 million. The park, which benefits from an open non food (part food) consent extends to approximately 185,000 sq ft and is let to 14 units including Homebase, Currys and Furniture Village at rents up to £27.00 per sq ft. There is a single vacant unit of approximately 22,000 sq ft.
