Morley acquire "Blue" shopping park portfolio for £140 million

Three separate funds run by Morley Fund Management have acquired the shopping park portfolio comprising the Station Shopping Park in Reading, The Bretton Shopping Park in Peterborough and the Lombardy Shopping Park in Hayes for a combined price of £140 million. The properties were sold by Capitalist Capital and Morley acquired the properties subject to pre-lettings in respect of each park to Sports World. The purchase prices reflected equivalent yields of between 4.00% and 4.50%.
