Following the acquisition of the park by the Hercules Unit Trust in 2008, 8 lettings have been concluded in under 18 months, transforming a very tired looking retail park, suffering from a number of vacancies, into a very successful trading scheme that now dominates the town.

The initial lettings focused on the former B&Q, with new occupiers including Next, New Look, Brantano, Mothercare and Peacocks, and subsequent lettings have been undertaken on other units to Boots, Hobbycraft and Next Home. In addition, over half of the scheme has now been refurbished, and rents have increased from £15.00 per sq ft to £23.00 per sq ft.
