We acquired the park for Pillar as part of the Chartwell Land portfolio in 2003.

Since then, we have taken surrenders of half of the units on the park and undertaken several subdivisions, such that the number of occupiers has increased from 13 to 17 today.

Landmarks for the scheme have been the first Asda Living store in the UK and the second H&M retail park store in the UK. In addition, we have relocated most of the Arcadia brands from the high street.
