The Beehive Centre has been transformed since 2007 from a predominantly bulky goods retail park that was suffering from a number of voids and a very tired appearance into what is now a thriving and modern looking retail park.

During that time, lettings have been concluded to the likes of Next Home, HomeSense, DW Sports Fitness, Home Store & More, Dreams, M&S Simply Food and Costa. In addition, the scheme has been refurbished and rents have been increased from £20.00 per sq ft to £25.00 per sq ft.
