Back in 2002, this scheme comprised 12 units, most of which were occupied by bulky goods retailers.

At the time, rents were circa £12.50 per sq ft and the scheme looked very dated.

In the last 6 years, we have undertaken a large number of unit subdivisions and extensions, such that the park now comprises 26 units, with all bar 3 of the original tenants now departing, and rents now up to £45.00 per sq ft in the main terrace.

New occupiers include M&S, Arcadia, New Look, Clarks, Body Shop, Laura Ashley and Boots.
