White City Retail Park Image

In 2005, this scheme was a hybrid park comprising a number of high street retailers, but still a large number of bulky goods retailers, plus a vacant unit.

We introduced ideas for a comprehensive refurbishment of the park, which were implemented in 2006/07.

On the lettings front, we agreed a letting of an anchor 33,000 sq ft unit to M&S, and on the back of this, have undertaken a further 13 lettings in the last 3 years, which have resulted in a near doubling of the rental value.

New arrivals on the park include New Look, River Island, Asda Living, Bank Fashion, Laura Ashley, Game, Virgin, etc.

In those 3 years, the park has increased in rental value from circa £160 million to circa £260 million.
