Wilkinson Williams advised DSG on the acquisition of the former B&Q unit on the A3 at New Malden in South West London.
The unit extends to 45,450 sq ft, with Currys taking an assignment of the existing lease at a rent of £21.00 per sq ft with a substantial incentive.
This represented the second Currys Megastore to open in the UK following the previous opening at Junction 9 of the M6 motorway.
