Wilkinson Williams were instructed by LxB Properties Ltd in 2006 to provide development and letting advice on a proposed 110,000 sq ft bulky goods retail park.

Fountains Retail Park is currently under construction. The first phase is on schedule to open in summer 2010, with the last phase set to complete by the end of 2010. All of the retail units have been prelet, despite difficult market conditions at rents if circa £28.00 per sq ft. The scheme will be anchored by a 50,000 sq ft Marks & Spencer Home & Food, with other occupiers including HomeSense, Halfords, Pets at Home, Staples and Dreams. Terms have also been agreed with KFC and Costa Coffee.
