Development and letting advice provided to PRUPIM on their new 103,000 sq ft open A1 retail park adjacent to their existing Galleries Shopping Centre and retail warehousing.

Galleries Retail Park is currently under construction and is on schedule to open in autumn 2008. Prelets have been exchanged on 83% of the floor area, with tenants including Next, Arcadia, New Look, Peacocks and Clarks at rents of up to £20.00 per sq ft. There are currently two units remaining of 7,500 sq ft and 10,000 sq ft.

In addition, two restaurant units are under offer to Pizza Hut and KFC.
