Wilkinson Williams advised British Land in 2006 on the purchase from IKEA of the existing Decathlon and Next investment, plus the adjacent development site for the next phase of the retail development.

During 2007/08, prelettings were concluded ahead of and during construction with the likes of Bhs, Next Home, Barker & Stonehouse, Boots, Laura Ashley, Mamas & Papas, Pets at Home, SCS, Carpetright, Frankie & Benny’s and Starbucks, with rents up to £35.00 per sq ft. The scheme is fully let and trading successfully.

In 2010, a regearing was agreed with Decathlon and a new 15 year lease was granted to Next on their existing unit at £37.50 per sq ft.
