Wilkinson Williams’ five strong Agency Team is active across the whole agency spectrum advising on acquisition, disposal, leasing and development.

The main strengths and areas of expertise of the Agency Team are:-

• detailed knowledge and experience across the whole of the UK, this ranging from acquiring a new store for Wickes in Truro to letting a retail park for Hercules in Inverness;
• experience in providing development and letting advice to both developers and acquiring investors, this encompassing optimum layouts and tenant mix to ensure the maximisation of rental levels; and
• strong retailer contacts, being retained to act on behalf of a number of national multiple operators including:
