Threadneedle have acquired the freehold of a B&M unit in Corby for £3.17 million from the receivers.
The solus unit is let to B&M Retail for 15 years and extends to 23,396 sq ft off a low rent of £9.00 per sq ft.
The price reflects a net initial yield of 7.89%.
BNP Paribas represented the vendors and the purchasers were advised by Wilkinson Williams.
